Alzheimer's Rehab Exercises 

 I focus on safe, engaging exercises that combine physical activity with cognitive stimulation.Practice standing, sitting, and transitioning between the two to prevent falls.Use music, touch, or visual cues to enhance the exercise experience.

Strength training for seniors

I specialize in chair and resistance band workouts to help seniors build strength, improve balance, build muscle and ease joint pain.
