Our founder and lead trainer, FabulousFabFit, has been in the fitness industry for 27 years and has extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients, from injuries to rehabilitation to weight loss.
FabulousFabFit is specialized in corrective exercises, which means that she is an expert in identifying and correcting muscular imbalances and postural issues that can lead to pain and injury. She is also highly trained in working with Parkinson, surgery rehabilitations and cancer patients, developing exercise programs that are safe and effective for those undergoing chemotherapy. She understands the importance of exercise in managing the side effects of cancer treatment (since she is also a cancer fighter and survivor) and is dedicated to helping her clients maintain their strength and mobility throughout their cancer journey.
